French national with extensive international experience across North America, Europe, and Asia, Timothé Delaforge brings strong expertise in power electronics, magnetic components, and digital transformation. His global perspective and technical leadership will be instrumental in driving innovation that meets the performance, efficiency, and reliability demands of today’s high-growth sectors.

One of his key missions will be to lead the development of next-generation design software, incorporating artificial intelligence to optimize transformer and inductor design. This capability will be especially critical for applications such as data centers, where increasing power density and switching frequencies require more advanced, efficient, and compact magnetic components.

As CTO, he will oversee the company’s R&D and product engineering roadmap, IP and patents application, ensuring close integration between design, manufacturing, and customer needs. He will also play a strategic role on the Board of Directors, contributing to global technology partnerships and long-term planning.
